How we built BTR Media's retail media ETL pipelines and unified dashboard

BTR Media is a retail media platform that helps brands and agencies manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart. TechEsthete designed and built its centralized campaign management platform: the ETL pipelines, data model, dashboards and automation behind it.

The challenge

  • Managing retail media campaigns across multiple platforms creates fragmented workflows and limited visibility into performance.
  • Campaign data is spread across different dashboards. Teams rely heavily on manual optimization. Lack of clear insights leads to inefficient decision-making, and budget allocation becomes inconsistent and error-prone.
  • For growing brands and agencies, this results in wasted ad spend, reduced ROI, and operational inefficiencies.

What we built

TechEsthete designed and implemented a centralized retail media management platform to streamline campaign operations and improve performance visibility.

  • Built ETL pipelines that collect campaign and performance data from Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart and standardize it into one data model, so every reporting layer works from the same numbers.
  • Built a centralized dashboard that tracks campaign performance across every marketplace in one place, where teams monitor performance, spot trends, and make optimization decisions.
  • Added automation for bid optimization, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Designed the architecture to support more platform integrations and growing campaign volumes.

The result

  • We built one set of ETL pipelines feeding one data model and dashboard, so BTR Media's team sees every campaign in one place and can add platforms without a rebuild.
  • Centralized campaign management across platforms, improved visibility into performance metrics, reduced manual optimization effort, and a scalable system for growing advertising operations.

The difference

Before and after.

Before

  • Campaign data spread across different dashboards
  • Heavy reliance on manual optimization
  • Budget allocation inconsistent and error-prone

After

  • One set of ETL pipelines feeding one unified data model
  • Every campaign across marketplaces in one dashboard
  • Less time spent on manual optimization
  • Platforms and campaign volume added without rebuilding
