How we work

Start small, keep what you build.

A fixed-scope first build, then a monthly plan where we run it for you or a handover to your team. Either way, the code and data are yours.

What you get

Low risk to start, nothing to unpick later.

A fixed-scope first build

A price agreed before work starts, for a defined first build.

Usually 4–6 weeks

For a first pipeline and dashboard from a single source.

Run it or hand it over

A monthly plan where we run it, or docs, runbooks and a walkthrough.

Keep what you build

The code and data are yours, in your repo and your cloud.

The process

From first call to running system.

  1. Free 30-minute call

We look at your platforms, accounts and the reports that hurt most.

  2. Written plan

What to connect first, what to build and a realistic timeline.

  3. Fixed quote

A price for that scope, agreed before any work starts.

  4. Build

Your first pipeline and dashboard, usually in 4–6 weeks for a single source.

  5. Run or hand over

A monthly plan where we run and fix it, or a handover with docs, runbooks and a walkthrough.

  6. Add AI and grow

Insights first, then agents inside rules you approve. New platforms and client accounts plug into the same model.

Ways to engage

Pick the model that fits.

For agencies · your brand

White-label data infrastructure for agencies

Your clients ask for pipelines, dashboards and warehouse work, but hiring that team in-house would cost more than the work brings in. We work as your engineering team under your brand: your logo on the dashboards, your agency's name on the delivery. You keep the client relationship. A defined monthly engineering capacity you can resell under your brand.

For agencies · managed monthly

Agency Data Engine, the managed retainer

We run the whole data layer behind your client reporting: pipelines, warehouse, dashboards and monitoring, operated as part of your team rather than built and left behind. We run your data stack monthly: monitoring, fixes, new reports.

Best first project

Reporting automation, as a defined first engagement

The low-risk way to start. We take the recurring report that costs your team the most hours, automate it end to end, then measure the hours saved. A defined first project, quoted on a fixed scope.

For SaaS and in-house teams

Dedicated engineering pods, embedded in your team

A small senior team that works inside your repos, sprints and standups. Useful when you have more roadmap than capacity and want engineers who keep context from one project to the next. Senior engineers in your sprints. Three-month minimum, then month to month.

For a defined build

Fixed-scope build, with the scope actually fixed

A defined deliverable, a fixed price and written acceptance criteria. Best when you know what you need and want a firm budget rather than an open-ended engagement. Scoped on a free 30-minute call, then a fixed price for everything in that scope.

Before you ask

What working with us looks like.

Security & access

Everything runs in your cloud, under access you grant and can revoke. We use each platform's own API permissions with least privilege, keep credentials in your secrets manager, and log every change an agent makes. We sign your NDA before discovery and a DPA before any data access.

After launch

Choose a monthly plan where we run it, watch the alerts and fix breaks when a platform changes something, or a handover with docs, runbooks and a walkthrough. Either way, you're never stuck.

How pricing works

Every engagement is custom: pipelines, dashboards and the data work your team needs on top. We quote after a free 30-minute call, as a written scope with a fixed price, then an optional monthly plan. How pricing works

Working with your team

Agencies get one pipeline across every client account, per-client rules and white-label client reports. In-house data teams get work done in their own repo and dbt project, through their own code review.
