
About the project
Appeal Doctor is a specialized service platform that helps Amazon sellers and agencies manage account and listing suspensions. When an account or ASIN is suspended, sellers are required to submit detailed documentation and a carefully written Plan of Action (POA) to Amazon in order to regain selling privileges.
Techesthete partnered with Appeal Doctor to build a centralized platform that supports this expert-led reinstatement process by enabling structured case management, document handling, and appeal coordination across multiple sellers and agencies.
Challenge
Amazon account and listing suspensions are highly disruptive and time-sensitive. Once suspended, listings are frozen or removed, sales stop immediately, funds may be held by Amazon, and sellers must respond with precise documentation and compliant POAs.
For agencies managing multiple seller accounts, handling these cases through emails, spreadsheets, and shared folders creates delays, errors, and poor visibility into case status.
What we did
- Case Tracking & Management built a centralized system to track account suspensions, listing freezes, appeal submissions, and current status across multiple sellers
- Document Organization enabled sellers and agencies to securely upload, store, and manage all suspension-related documents in one place
- Plan of Action Workflow Support provided structured interfaces to draft, review, and update POAs before submission through Amazon Seller Central
