DigitalTolk is a digital platform designed to simplify and accelerate interpreter booking for organizations that operate in multilingual environments. The platform allows users to instantly connect with certified interpreters through phone, video, or in-person sessions.
The system focuses on eliminating manual coordination by introducing automated interpreter matching, real-time availability tracking, and a user-friendly interface widely used in critical sectors such as healthcare and legal services, where fast and accurate communication is essential.
Challenge
Organizations often struggle with slow and inefficient interpreter booking processes, especially in time-sensitive environments: difficulty finding qualified interpreters quickly, delays in urgent communication scenarios, heavy reliance on manual coordination, and lack of real-time visibility into interpreter availability.
These challenges lead to inefficiencies, frustration, and potential operational risks.
What we did
- Smart Interpreter Matching built an automated system that connects users with the most suitable interpreters instantly based on language, availability, and context.
- Real-Time Booking System enabled users to book interpreters within seconds without manual coordination.
- Multi-Channel Communication integrated support for video, phone, and in-person interpretation sessions.
- User-Friendly Interface designed a clean and intuitive UI to ensure ease of use for non-technical users.
