SellerFuse is an Amazon-focused platform designed to help agencies manage advertising campaigns, inventory data, and performance insights in one place. As agencies scale, managing multiple client accounts across Amazon Ads, SP-API, and spreadsheets becomes complex and inefficient.
SellerFuse addresses this by providing a centralized system that combines data engineering, automation, and analytics. Techesthete partnered with SellerFuse to build a scalable platform that transforms fragmented data into actionable insights, enabling faster decision-making, improved campaign performance, and reduced operational overhead.
Challenge
Amazon advertising data is highly fragmented and difficult to manage at scale. Agencies faced data spread across Amazon Ads, SP-API, and manual spreadsheets; time-consuming reporting processes delaying decision-making; difficulty optimizing campaigns in real-time; and lack of visibility into inventory and its impact on ads.
For growing agencies, this resulted in slower performance improvements and increased dependency on manual workflows.
What we did
- Data Integration & Pipeline built a centralized pipeline to extract, clean, and unify data from Amazon SP-API and Ads API.
- Analytics Dashboard developed real-time dashboards for tracking ACOS, ROAS, campaign performance, and inventory health.
- Automation Engine implemented automation for bid optimization, budget adjustments, and dayparting strategies.
- Inventory-Aware Optimization connected inventory data with campaigns to prevent wasted ad spend on low-stock products.
Techesthete designed and implemented a data-driven automation platform for SellerFuse.
