Homie is a modern pet food brand that combines premium nutrition with emotional connection and social impact. The platform was designed to help pet owners easily discover, understand, and purchase high-quality pet food products.
Many existing pet food websites lack transparency, clear product differentiation, and emotional engagement. Homie addresses these challenges by creating a user-friendly experience that highlights ingredients, nutritional value, and brand purpose emphasizing trust, simplicity, and storytelling.
Challenge
Pet owners often struggle to choose the right food due to unclear ingredients, lack of transparency, and overwhelming product options. Many platforms focus only on selling rather than building trust or emotional connection.
This shows up as difficulty understanding product benefits, too many similar options without differentiation, weak emotional engagement with brands, and confusing, cluttered shopping experiences.
What we did
- Product Experience Design created clear product cards with pricing, ingredients, and benefits to help users quickly evaluate options.
- Information Transparency highlighted nutritional values and ingredient clarity to build trust and confidence.
- Emotional Brand Storytelling integrated messaging around love, care, and animal welfare to connect with users emotionally.
- Simplified Navigation & Flow streamlined browsing and checkout to reduce friction between discovery and purchase.
